After you have created your bidvertiser account and site submitted to them. Open the Bidvertiser account, you will see this kind of screenshot (picture) in the account.

If you see the image. You will see that one site is submitted there. First you will have to submit 3 more unique identifier to help you better manage your ads. For this you click on the button called “Ad new Bidvertiser”. On the next page chose your site and on the BidVertiser Title: enter BID Top then click the Finish button. Repeat this step for BID Middle and BID Side. Now on the main page you should see something like the screenshot below.

Now you will have to choose the size of the ads for each of the Titles you setup above. For this you , tick mark the radio button for BID Top then click on the button called “Choose Template”. You will see a new form as shown in screenshot below. Remember you need to do this for each title.

For BID Top click on the Banners button, tick mark the radio button for Full Banner then scroll down and click on the Update button.
For BID Middle click on the Banners button, tick mark the radio button for Full Banner then scroll down and click on the Update button.
For BID Side click on the Rectangles button, tick mark the radio button for Medium Rectangle then scroll down and click on the Update button.

Now you have to get the code for each one. Tick mark the radio button for BID Top then click  on the button “Get Ad Code”. You will see a page like the screenshot given below.

The code will look like below. You will find the PID next to “pid=” and your BID next to “bid=”
